  1. You are kindly requested to book appointments online.
  2. If the booking is correct, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for the reserved treatment and time.
  3. You will receive a reminder e-mail 2 days/48 h before the booked date.
    You can use the link on this e-mail to postpone, cancel or change the appointment. Thereafter this appointment is chargeable.
  4. If you do not show up on time, the booked treatment will be reduced with full charge.
  5. If you do not take the appointment, the booked treatment will be charged 100%.
  6. The treatments have to be paid after each session.
  7. Prices on the website are current and valid.
  8. Prices are in swiss francs (chf) including VAT
